Referrals

Individuals can self-refer, they can be referred by a family member,  or by any organisation supporting them. A simple phone call can start the process and we will guide each individual from there. Alternatively process a referral form below. Upon receipt of the referral we will contact the individual. This can be via phone, text, email, letter or whatever each individual prefers. If the person feels Advocacy VSV is for them then we will arrange an initial meeting
